2021
• AHS Properties is launched, marking the debut of a new name in ultra-luxury real estate.
• The company’s initial focus is the acquisition, renovation, and resale of bespoke mansions in Palm Jumeirah and Emirates Hills.
• Among its early milestones is the sale of three Palm Jumeirah villas, with a combined transaction value exceeding $75 million.
2022
• AHS Properties unveils One Canal, an exceptional waterfront address set along the Dubai Water Canal, created in partnership with Fendi Casa.
• The launch is followed by a new wave of landmark projects along the Dubai Water Canal and an expanded presence in Palm Jumeirah, elevating the company’s gross development value beyond USD 1.5 billion.
2023
• AHS Properties presents One Crescent, a rare residential masterpiece gracefully positioned on the crescent of Palm Jumeirah.
• The company further elevates its Dubai Water Canal portfolio with the unveiling of Casa Canal, an $850 million ultra-luxury development featuring an extraordinary collection of penthouses, sky villas, sky mansions, and sky palaces.
• Underscoring the prestige of its flagship developments, One Canal’s 30,000-square-foot penthouse is sold for $50 million, securing its place among Dubai’s most remarkable single-penthouse transactions.
2024
• In July 2024, AHS Properties makes a bold entry into prime commercial real estate with the acquisition of a long-vacant 69-storey tower on Sheikh Zayed Road , formerly known as 'Big Ben Tower', which the company has redefined as AHS Tower.
• That same year, the company is distinguished as Dubai’s leading developer in the $5 million to $10 million transaction segment, further cementing its position at the forefront of the city’s luxury property market.
2025
• In May 2025, AHS Properties introduces Casa AHS, its third landmark residential address on the Dubai Water Canal — an ultra-private collection of just 32 exceptional residences, valued at $750 million.
• By the close of 2025, the company’s development portfolio is reported to have reached $3 billion, underscoring its rapid rise as a defining force in Dubai’s ultra-luxury real estate landscape.
2026
• By February 2026, AHS Tower is entirely reserved during its development phase, generating more than $700 million in revenue and underscoring the exceptional demand for Grade A commercial real estate in Dubai, as well as for AHS Properties’ refined commercial vision.
• In March 2026, Abbas Sajwani, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AHS Properties, is recognised by Forbes among the world’s youngest billionaires, the youngest billionaire globally in real estate, and as the youngest Arab billionaire, further elevating the brand’s international stature and momentum on the global stage.
